....The Rotary Foundation's 100 Years of Success

Your support of the 2016 Walkfest helped to grow our local economies in our District and throughout the world, as well as promote peace, fight disease, provide clean water, support education and protect the health of mothers & children. The funds we raised, all 100%, are equally shared with the clubs who participated and our Rotary Foundation, so there are all only winners in Walkfest.

This year’s three Rotary clubs that raised the highest amounts were the Newark Rotary Club, coming in first, Morristown Rotary Club in second place and the Pequannock Rotary Club in third.

Congratulations to all, and thank you for supporting this event.

To our committee members, many thanks all for your support in collecting pledges, helping in setting up the trail for the walkers, help in bringing food and last but not least help in setting up Larry's hot dogs stand. Thank you for making this event a joy in joining the Rotary family in nature even when it rains as it did this year.

Mark your calendar and we look forwards to seeing you Sunday, June 25, 2017 at the Walkfest Party, Loantaka Brook Reservation.
